Job Summary:

As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing our clients' products in retail stores. You will work independently to locate merchandise, stock and pack out products, and front face products to ensure they look their best. You will also receive marketing and promotional materials and install and place them in stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate merchandise in the backroom of stores and place it on the floor
  • Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need
  • Front face products to make sure product shelves look their best
  • Receive marketing and promotional materials and bring them to the store
  • Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions
  • Display set up and maintenance for a variety of products throughout the store
  • Reset displays or product areas based on the needs of the client
  • Answer simple, step-by-step questions within our field technology on your mobile device
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate your success
Requirements:
  • Enjoy working independently in stores most of the time
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates and managers
  • Effectively communicate with store associates, store managers, and our team members
  • Leverage the support of our merchandising team nationwide
  • Contact our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store
  • Complete work within the provided timeframe
  • Closely follow detailed instructions to ensure we get it right the first time
  • Report your work the same day you complete it
What You'll Need:
  • Access to reliable transportation to get you from multiple retail locations in your area
  • A smartphone with access to data and internet to report and upload photos
