We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Registry Ally, Inc. in Benton Harbor, MI.

Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in a home health setting, providing management and delivery of patient care plans. Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and other technology used in the home health setting.
