Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating all manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality products are produced while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Participate in cross-training programs to develop skills across multiple operations.
  • Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to load and unload material into machinery repeatedly.
  • Continuous shift operation - 12 hour shifts, 3 days one week, 4 days the following week.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and measurement taking.
