A Prentice Ray & Associates LLC seeks a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to support the Department of State's Real Property Management (RPM) team. As a single point of contact for Government Property (GP) matters, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless asset management across assigned programs.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating asset management activities, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with program management to ensure lifecycle management best practices are followed. Additionally, you will be responsible for contract closeout, property inventory, and training others on property management policies and procedures.

To succeed in this position, you must possess a SECRET clearance, be a U.S. Citizen, and have at least five years of experience in asset management. A background investigation will be required for selected applicants. Travel may be occasional.
