Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate referrals as needed.
  • Conduct patient education and training on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a preference for inpatient and outpatient experience.
  • New Grad PTs are also considered for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
