- Collaborate with providers and teams to optimize office workflow.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
- Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification (if required by state dental practice act).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain PHI confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
