Club Ambassador

Job Description:
As a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness - Midwest Management Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. This includes greeting members, answering phone calls, checking members into the system, and assisting with new member sign-ups. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club, ensuring a welcoming environment for our members.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to resolve member issues and concerns, and collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and health, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

A competitive salary of $35,000 per year is offered, along with opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), employee discounts, and training and development programs. To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and have a customer service background or basic computer proficiency. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion and stand and walk continually during your shift.
