About the NSPIRE ProgramThe Nurses Practicing in an Immersive Readiness Environment (NSPIRE) program is a PRE-NCLEX position designed for newly graduated nurses from accredited institutions. This twelve-week practice immersion curriculum prepares participants for a twelve-month nurse residency program, providing a comprehensive and structured learning experience.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage the Nursing Strategic Plan and Quality Outcome drivers to impact patient care.
- Participate in skill labs, simulation labs, and immersion opportunities to develop clinical skills.
- Develop a systematic approach to assessment, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
- Attend and observe hospital-wide committee meetings to gain insights into organizational operations.
- Contribute to a safe patient environment by learning high reliability organization principles.
- Engage in learning experiences to educate participants on different aspects of nursing at Recruitics JB.
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adhere to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
- Graduate of Associate Degree or BSN program (GPA-minimum 3.0).
- Show proof of Registration for registered nurse licensure exam.
- Ability to work varied days and varied hours.
- The ability to learn quickly in immersive environments.
- Patient Care Technician (PCT) training preferred.
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification preferred.
