Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and launching their experience at AllStar Lanes & Casino
  • Providing assistance with pricing inquiries and addressing customer concerns
  • Helping customers find the right bowling shoes and ensuring their availability
  • Issuing lanes to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Sanitizing bowling shoes to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Handing out bowling shoes to customers, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Calling back bowling calls to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience
  • Booking parties at the desk, including birthday parties and other special events
  • Cleaning of the lanes to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Issuing out scratch tickets and pull tabs to customers, promoting responsible gaming practices
