About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Mansfield Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to identify any changes or concerns.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote healing and comfort.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care and providing support and guidance as needed.

Requirements
  • Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
