Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier and Sales Representative to join our team. As a Cashier and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with customers, and contribute to the success of our store.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, cash wrap, and stockroom
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, balancing the register, and securing the store
  • Participate in sales promotions, events, and other activities to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
