Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical nursing.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the surgical services department.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
