Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Child Psychiatrist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a Child Psychiatrist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for child and adolescent patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry.
Requirements
  • Fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process.
  • Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry.
  • Experience in medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
