CBD American Shaman Retail Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with new and returning customers
  • Educate customers on our wide range of CBD products and their benefits
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Ensure the store is fully stocked with products and supplies on a daily basis
  • Meet and exceed sales and weekly goals
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Weekend availability is a must
  • Ability to support events and promotions outside of the store
  • Fast learner and coachable
  • Cash handling and POS experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Dependable and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
