Sterilization Technician Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sterilization Technician Lead to join our team at JobRialto. As a Sterilization Technician Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of sterilization technicians and ensuring the proper decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of sterilization technicians.

- Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
* Strong knowledge of sterilization procedures and regulations.
