As the primary representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor embodies the company's commitment to customer service. This is achieved by coordinating, overseeing, and executing work activities on projects to effectively meet service requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute production processes as planned while ensuring quality assurance
  • Oversee customer and client interactions to enhance overall satisfaction, monitored through online feedback
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their tasks
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate job file to document the services rendered
  • Manage labor and material usage on assigned projects
  • Collaborate with the restoration project manager and office personnel regarding project updates and challenges
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations for job safety
  • Safeguard assets by properly utilizing equipment and materials
  • Mentor and train restoration technicians
Position Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
    • IICRC certification is required for the supervisor role
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry items
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents
