• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and develop personalized therapy plans to help residents achieve their communication goals.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure optimal outcomes for our residents.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide Ongoing Support: Educate residents and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques to enhance their quality of life.
