Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator to lead the daily operations of a Skilled Care Nursing facility in Clarksville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing facility finances, improving census/occupancy, and ensuring exceptional levels of care are delivered to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations, and company policies/procedures.
- Manage facility finances and develop strategies to improve census/occupancy.
- Train and performance manage all staff within the facility, including clinical and operations teams.
- Communicate corporate values to staff and ensure exceptional levels of care are delivered at all times.
- Ensure adequate levels of staffing through various recruitment initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with state, federal, and local regulations governing the delivery of Long-term care in Tennessee.
Requirements
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Tennessee.
- Proven ability to manage facility finances and improve census/occupancy.
- Exceptional knowledge of developmental factors impacting elderly residents, including physical, cognitive, and socialization factors.
