Clinical Supervisor RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.
- Implement and manage the care plan for patients, ensuring the highest quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of RNs to provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
- Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
