Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Tampa, Florida.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, including cash applications, AR/AP support, and month-end close.
  • Backup for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, such as customer invoicing and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including bank reconciliations and fixed asset registers.
  • Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year degree in Accounting required; 4-year degree preferred.
  • CPA and/or CMA certification preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 3-years' experience in staff accounting level role.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
