Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is seeking an experienced Occupational Medicine Physician to join our team in Lacey, Washington. As an Occupational Medicine Physician, you will work closely with our dedicated team to provide high-quality care to workers while enjoying a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
About the Role- Autonomous Role: Ideal for experienced professionals comfortable working independently.
- Split Locations: 50/50 between Lacey and the new Centralia clinic.
- Preferred Experience: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine, Rehab, or Orthopedics.
- Provide acute injury care with a focus on musculoskeletal issues.
- Conduct DOT and pre-placement physical exams.
- Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit physical examinations.
- Advise employers on workplace health and safety.
- Provide health education and counseling to employees.
- Patient Load:
- 75-80% injury care
- 20-25% occupational exams and drug testing
- Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts), no weekends or call.
- Compensation is between $122,132 and $159,666 per year.
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
