Retail Service Associate

Job Responsibilities

Our Retail Service Associates work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. They provide fast, friendly, and accurate services, answering questions about our products and services, and addressing customer needs. They may perform various duties depending on business needs, requiring flexibility and teamwork skills.

Additional Responsibilities

• General customer service duties, including helping customers find items and answering questions about products and services.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
