Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Snap-on management team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to franchisees and company store reps to ensure they are meeting performance goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training and support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Retail or route sales experience (Snap-on store experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to learn and follow a process
  • Experience in collections, marketing, business operations, and asset management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in tools and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • State driver's license with a valid record
