Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Production Team Member to join our team at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties, including standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive work motions, and moderate lifting.
  • Work with small vehicle components and safely use air/power/vibrating tools and machinery.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure adherence to standardized work documents and quality standards.

Requirements
  • 18 years old or older at time of application.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong work ethic with dependable, reliable, and consistent on-time attendance.
  • Ability to comprehend written standardized work documents and perform basic math.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to following standardized work to maintain the highest level of quality standards.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, respect for others, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Flexible and willing to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced production environment.
Work Schedule

In general, shifts run Monday to Friday, with the possibility of Saturday shifts and/or overtime. First shift hours are 6:30 am to 3:15 pm, and second shift hours are 7:15 pm to 4:00 am.
