At DCS Corp, we are seeking an experienced MS&A Architect - Simulation Expert to join our team in Dayton, OH. This is a high-visibility role that requires expertise in modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) to support extensive MS&A efforts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience creating AFSIM scenarios and models for engagement and/or mission level studies, as well as experience leading a team conducting simulation-based analytic studies at the engagement or mission level. They will also possess strong scripting or programming skills and be able to apply the scientific method to diverse MS&A efforts.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, considering the company's location and industry standards. The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts, such as pilots and technologists, to identify requirements for system implementation in mission simulations. They will also contribute to the development and execution of MS&A study plans to be conducted using mission simulations.

This role involves constructing military models, entities, and behaviors of varying complexity in mission simulation frameworks. Additionally, the candidate will provide dynamic scripting techniques to produce modeled entity actions/interactions in mission simulations, create and enhance operationally relevant scenarios that accurately represent actions, reactions, and interactions between entities in the mission simulations.

The selected candidate will undergo a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information: Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance. Other key qualifications include ability to work well in team environments, excellent written and verbal English communications skills, and ability to travel as required.
