  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Assist with Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in the development and revision of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stock and Replenish Stock Locations: Stock and replenish stock locations and automated dispensing machines (ADMs) and/or robots, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Assist with Orienting and Training: Assist with orienting and training pharmacy department staff, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Prepare Intravenous Admixtures: Prepare intravenous admixtures or other sterile drug products (including investigational and hazardous medications) in accordance with USP chapters and under supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
  • Prepare Non-Sterile Drug Products: Prepare or compound non-sterile drug products (including investigational and hazardous medications) in accordance with USP chapters and under supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
  • Follow Investigational Protocols: Follow investigational protocols in the preparation of study medications, maintaining records of preparation, stability, and dispensing as required.
  • Maintain Hardware and Software: Maintain the hardware and software of the department's multiple computer systems, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
  • Assist with Workflow Management: Assist with workflow management, particularly related to medication management, distribution, and compliance.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Pharm D Candidate: Must be a Pharm D candidate.
  • Multi-Tasking and Detail-Oriented: Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Required Licensure/Certifications
  • BLS and Vaccine Certification: BLS and vaccine certification (Outpatient Pharmacy Only).
  • Registered with the NH Board of Pharmacy: Registered with the NH Board of Pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacy Intern.
