We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team in Augusta, GA.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires the individual to maintain a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

  • Responsibilities include cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and polishing floors;
  • Removing trash and other refuse;
  • Dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures;
  • Polishing metal fixtures or trimmings;
  • Restocking restrooms with supplies;
  • Minor maintenance services;
  • Cleaning lavatories, showers, and restroom fixtures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Less than 1 year of prior relevant experience;
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Polygraph clearance;
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor.
