Job Title: Contract Nurse RN Telemetry

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a skilled contract nurse RN Telemetry to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in a telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and be able to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and any changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient information and progress in the medical record
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • Appropriate certifications for the specific position
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Commitment to working 36 hours per week
