Position Overview:

This role is hybrid, requiring presence in the office three days a week. Day shifts are available, and paid parking is provided at both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an Application Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing .NET applications and a strong background in ETL processes.
  • Analyze existing ETL workflows managed by the application team, utilizing tools such as SSIS, Windows Executables, Powershell, API Integrations, and AutoSys.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the current Web Application architecture, including deployment models.
  • Conduct detailed impact assessments for significant change requests and propose optimal solutions.
  • Create Proofs of Concept (POCs) and suggest solutions based on identified problems or feature requests.
  • Design and implement new ETL processes to integrate additional data sources as required.
  • Enhance the Web Application by developing new functionalities and modifying existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the scrum team to review requirements and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate development tasks effectively.
  • Establish and apply development processes for both new and existing features to meet specified requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer, proficient in .NET Core 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL.
  • Extensive expertise in designing and maintaining ETL processes.
  • Experience in database design and backend development, including the creation of tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in developing SSIS packages, Windows Executables, and Powershell scripts.
  • Experience in creating new Web APIs and integrating with existing APIs.
  • Familiarity with Telerik Controls, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Preferred experience with application deployment using CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.
  • Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and YAML is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, Repository Pattern, Nuget Package Creation, GraphQL, Dapper.NET, and OAuth OIDC.
  • Experience with TFS/Jira and agile software development methodologies.
