- Achieve sales goals through company assigned leads and self-generate additional opportunities, including creative leads and referrals to drive sales
- Provide timely follow-up on all pending termite and pest control proposals and sales to ensure every customer's needs are met
- Problem-solve all customer needs by utilizing provided training to decide on the best overall solution for each pest/termite control concern
- Conduct full wood destroying organism inspections of the interior and exterior of customer properties and make recommendations based on findings
- Provide written graphs and other required documentation to submit state required inspection reports in a timely manner
- Provide customers with termite and pest control estimates for needed treatments while explaining our treatment processes and expectations
- Follow up with the completion of sold work to ensure customer satisfaction
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Licenses and Certifications: Branch 2 and Branch 3 license
- Age and Physical Ability: Must be 21 years of age or older and able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Sales and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives, impeccable interpersonal communication skills, and strong written and oral communications skills
- Problem-Solving and Time Management Skills: Must be proactive in recognizing changing business needs and developing corresponding changes in approach and processes, and have time management and organizational skills
- Math Skills: Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Pesticide License/Certification: Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification
- Independence and Professionalism: Ability to work in the field independently and professionally
- Customer Service: Ability to build rapport and positively engage and work with customers
- Prioritization and Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and multitask
