We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Trinity Health. Key Responsibilities- Prepare, package, and distribute medication orders according to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain adequate stock of medications and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
- Contribute to the effective and quality operation of the department, collaborating with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Prepare IV admixtures and other sterile products, adhering to strict quality control protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.
- Minimum High school education or equivalent.
- Preferred completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician training program or two years of college with emphasis in math, science, or medical field applications.
- Minimum Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan.
- Preferred Active status as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
- Minimum Two years of pharmacy work experience.
