POSITION SUMMARY:
The registered nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, employing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role operates within the established policies and procedures of the healthcare organization, showcasing professional development and accountability. The nurse is accountable for upholding practice standards and coordinating care activities among all assigned personnel to ensure high-quality nursing services.

Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of an accredited nursing program.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
New graduates from nursing programs are welcome to apply.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
BLS certification is mandatory.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
For PRN roles: A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
A bachelor's degree is desirable.
Advanced certification in the relevant specialty area, if applicable (refer to addendum).
Nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
