Job Title: Registered Nurse

DaVita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform dialysis treatments.
  • Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • 1 year of on-the-job nursing experience.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification preferred.
