About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial HVAC Startup Expert. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the startup and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems. Your expertise in HVAC technology and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in delivering unparalleled service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform equipment startups, verifying functionality and efficiency, while adhering to company policies, IOMs, and mechanical drawings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing system performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least ten years related experience required.
  • VRF experience.
  • Vermont Electrical License – Type S or Journeyman.
  • Universal EPA certification.
  • VT and/or NH Natural gas certification.
  • VT and/or NH LP gas certification.
  • NH and/or VT NORA Silver oil certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401K plans. Other benefits include a service van or truck, company-supplied tools, and a company iPhone and iPad.
