Job Title: Perishable Associate

Food Lion is seeking a Perishable Associate to join our team. As a Perishable Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are properly stored and rotated, and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat, dairy, and frozen food departments.
  • Ensure that all products are properly stored and rotated to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
