About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at GFL Environmental. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of diesel and CNG vehicles are safe and road-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain diesel and CNG vehicles
  • Test drive vehicles to diagnose malfunctions
  • Perform standard electronic diagnostics and repair electrical equipment and hydraulic systems
  • Complete reports, work orders, and order parts as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in diesel/CNG maintenance
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
  • Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
