Required Qualifications:

Position Details:

The Radiology Technologist will engage in daily operations involving general radiographic procedures. This role includes executing a diverse range of technical tasks while ensuring high-quality patient care and assisting physicians as required. Effective communication of findings to Radiologists is essential.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Daytime hours
  • Monday through Friday

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct digital x-ray examinations on patients, adhering to established productivity standards.
  • Implement collimation for every image and apply filtration as necessary.
  • Adhere to all physician protocols diligently.
  • Document and maintain daily patient x-ray records in compliance with Florida state regulations.
  • Manage radiology injectables for specialized procedures.
  • Support physicians during special procedures.
  • Order and maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring they meet minimum par levels.
  • Uphold a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain compliance with CEU responsibilities to keep Florida and ARRT Licenses current.
