- Provide Assistance with Daily Living: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Monitor and Report Changes: Notify management of any changes in a resident's condition, recommending adjustments to their care plan as needed.
- Participate in Care Planning: Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
- Ensure Resident Safety: Partner with the community team to maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting risk management practices.
- Dedication to Senior Care: Possess a genuine passion for working with seniors and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Positive Attitude and Teamwork: Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Education and Certifications: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and may be required to maintain certifications in certain states.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
