Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at Onelife Fitness. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members and guests while they enjoy our pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all users
  • Provide assistance to members and guests as needed, including first aid and rescue services
  • Test and maintain pool water quality, adjusting chemicals as necessary
  • Maintain the pool and surrounding areas, including cleaning and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with swim lessons and aquatic programs as needed
  • Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

  • Current lifeguarding certification, including professional rescue training
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
