Delivery Specialist

As a Delivery Specialist at Sleep Number, you will be the face of our company, promoting quality sleep to customers and ensuring they have a great first night's rest. This role involves delivering Sleep Number beds to customers, communicating product features and benefits, and becoming a trusted 'Sleep Expert'.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing role, be able to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with help, and possess excellent communication skills.

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $20.75, with opportunities to earn up to an extra $400/month through our Monthly Incentive Program. Additionally, you will receive a FREE Sleep Number bed, climate-controlled trucks, paid on-the-job training, and the chance to work in a team environment delivering with a partner.
