Job Summary

Aya Healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in Jacksonville, IL. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients. This is a 13-week assignment with a competitive pay rate of $2786.05/week - $2975.65/week.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients correctly and safely to ensure accurate and high-quality images
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures and provide emotional support as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures
