Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Spring Hill Recovery, a facility that provides comprehensive addiction treatment services.

Job Summary: Under the guidance of the Nursing Manager, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to clients based on their individualized needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional status, taking prompt action when necessary.
• Prepare and monitor medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to prescribed safety and infection control procedures.
• Document essential information, including medications and dosage, in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the staff MD and clinical team to provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Assess clients' medical issues and take appropriate action as needed.
• Work with the multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Substance Use patients and/or recovery (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, including First Aid, CPR, and Narcan administration.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Municipal laws and regulations governing addiction treatment.
• Excellent communication, observation, and written skills.
• Ability to lift or push 20 pounds or more.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current Massachusetts LPN License.
• CPR certified.
