We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 21. You will work collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement procedures of ABA therapy and maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA, other team members, clinical directors, and families to support the clients' needs.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities in the home or community setting.
- Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 21.
- Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and utilize a variety of skill building and reinforcement methods inline with the treatment plan during sessions.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions for all programs targeted and enter into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) daily.
- Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA to implement procedures of ABA therapy.
- Maintain professional boundaries around all clients and families.
- Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs.
- Able to effectively resolve conflicts and challenging situations smoothly.
- Maintain proactive communication with supervisor for feedback and guidance.
