OB/GYN Generalist with Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery Focus

We are seeking a highly skilled OB/GYN Generalist with a focus on Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem.
About the Role
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients.
- Perform minimally invasive surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.
- Collaborate with leadership and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives to advance the field of obstetrics and gynecology.

Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in general obstetrics and gynecology.
- Fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, preferred.
- Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery focused practice designation, preferred.
- Advanced laparoscopy skills, preferred.
- Robotic surgery experience, preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years' post-residency experience, required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $260,000* (board eligible); $270,000* (board certified).
- Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
- 401(k) company contribution: 3% immediately vested, 7% after one year of service.
- Annual continuing medical education (CME) reimbursement.
- Generous annual paid time off (PTO): vacation, sick, holiday, and CME days.
- Medical, prescription, and dental coverage: top-tier plans with employee contributions below market rates.
- Life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage: equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you.
- Loan forgiveness: position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs.
- Medical malpractice coverage: equivalent to occurrence-based, provided at no cost to the employee.
