This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that's committed to quality, safety, and sanitation. As a Bakery Specialist - Coffee Production, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our baked goods meet the highest standards.

• Measure and mix ingredients according to precise company standards to produce high-quality bakery products.
• Work with management teams to plan production schedules, ensuring correct quantities of baked goods are produced daily.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked baking environment, monitoring oven temperature and baking times.
• Receive and store inventory, proof/prepare for baking, and ensure product consistency.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain proper sanitation standards.
• Visually merchandise and display all products to enhance customer experience.
• Resolve any issues or problems that may arise, keeping management informed.
• Perform prep and utility duties as needed.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Passion for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Friendly attitude and team player who can contribute to our culture and standards.
• Decision-maker with the ability to work independently.
• Urgent, proactive demeanor.
• Able to maintain a standing position for extended periods (up to 6 hours at a time).
• Able to move, lift, and handle equipment, supplies, and objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
