Position Overview

The successful candidate will be a proactive individual, keen to develop their expertise and interested in incorporating AutoCAD drafting into their repertoire.

Our firm specializes in a range of surveying services, including Residential House-Line Surveys, Mortgage Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Farm Surveys, and Construction Staking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GPS technology.
2. Employ AutoCAD Civil 3D software for drafting survey plans.
3. Interpret Civil and Architectural blueprints.
4. Maintain effective communication with Engineers, Architects, and Contractors.

Required Qualifications

1. Proficiency with Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GPS systems.
2. Previous experience as a Field Crew Chief is preferred.
3. Strong background in AutoCAD Drafting is highly desirable.
4. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
5. Ability to frequently lift and transport equipment weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
