Position Title: Software Analysis and Data Integration Capability Developer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews and provide constructive feedback on various documents to support the mission objectives, including Joint Publications, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, and Army Regulations.
- Evaluate documents from different Army organizations, suggesting improvements for data interface and integration clarity.
- Assess and recommend modifications to Capability Description Documents and related architecture products that align with the JCIDS framework.
- Analyze SMC Concept of Operations to ensure alignment with hardware and resource allocation strategies.
- Examine and confirm DOTMLPF impacts arising from changes in business processes and policies.
- Engage in meetings, briefings, and workshops to fulfill contract obligations and provide technical insights.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, offering weekly updates and technical support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a distributed team.
- Proven experience in team leadership and collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with the Joint Capabilities and Integration Development System and related processes.
- Understanding of DOTMLPF and its interconnections.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, requiring a valid U.S. Passport.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, physical science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of five years of experience in comprehensive business analysis and system evaluations.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to assess and enhance business processes and technical requirements.
- Capability to provide technical guidance for software application evaluations and integration strategies.
- Experience in collaborating with teams to develop test plans and analyze test cases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and support existing mission command and operational systems.
- Experience in researching and designing complex computer systems and drafting white papers on emerging technologies.
Work Environment: This position is based in an office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Capability to navigate various departments within the organization.
Travel: Occasional travel may be required for corporate support.
