    Job Summary:


At Twin City Fan, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing EHS Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for facilitating factory-wide OSHA regulatory compliance and promoting a positive safety culture within the factory.


    Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead company initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct job safety and hazard analyses of manufacturing operations and equipment, recommending preventative measures and corrective actions.
  • Assist in the administration of local, state, and federal permits and reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
  • Perform safety-related activities, including committee meetings, training, emergency response efforts, and documentation maintenance.
  • Investigate incidents comprehensively and ensure closure of incident reports with guidance from the manager.
  • Generate periodic reports on routine safety and environmental matters, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and research groups to identify risks and develop proactive control methodologies.
  • Provide guidance on identifying and controlling health and safety hazards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and audit site-related activities to ensure adherence to safety and health programs.
  • Advise employees and contractors on EHS program compliance and training requirements.
  • Partner with the safety committee to drive initiatives in manufacturing plants, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Adhere to TCF Core Values and perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

    Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Occupation Safety and Health preferred.
  • 0-3 years of EH&S experience required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and familiarity with environmental requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of operations, human resources, maintenance personnel, supervision, and management under the EHS Director's direction.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with operations to achieve facility goals and desired safety outcomes.

    Certifications, Licenses, Registrations, and Training:


The company will provide the following certifications and training, if required:



  • Industrial Hygiene Sampling procedures.
  • OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word and Excel spreadsheet applications.

    Physical Demands/Working Conditions:



  • Standard office environment.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and reach.
  • Ability to work extended hours sitting at a computer.

    Work Environment:


While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and extreme heat. The employee may occasionally be exposed to high places, fumes or airborne particles, caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the production environment is usually loud.

    Estimated Salary:   $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
