Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

At Enovis, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of the Recovery Sciences R&D Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex mechanical systems for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components, applying advanced principles of static and dynamic mechanics.
  • Perform structural analyses to evaluate the strength, stability, and durability of products under different stresses.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure efficient integration of mechanical systems into final products.
  • Participate in and lead design reviews, proposing improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in the design and analysis of complex mechanical systems.
  • Strong skills in static and dynamic development, including the use of modeling and simulation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods, and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • 5+ years of industrial experience in mechanical design solutions, preferably in the Medical Device Industry or another highly regulated environment.
