Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing board-level electronics for our battery packs.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop board-level electronics, including component selection, circuit calculations, and schematic capture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronics with mechanical and software components.
  • Develop and implement test plans to verify board-level designs.
  • Mentor less senior engineers and technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
  • Provide technical guidance to the supply chain team on component qualification and substitution.
  • Manage engineering electronics lab test equipment and infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of board-level electronic design experience.
  • Strong grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals in analog, digital, and microcontroller domains.
  • Proficiency with command-line microprocessor user interfaces.
  • High proficiency with various types of Test & Measurement equipment.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work on-site five days per week.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, small team environment.
  • Highly effective communication skills.
